Payment Methods & Sales Tax:
We are currently accepting Paypal for online ordering. For phone/fax ordering, we accept bank transfers and credit/debit cards. OCI SECURITY CORP. accepts the following credit/debit cards: American Express, VISA & Master Card, Discover card. Please note that all credit card transactions are subjected to 3% addition charges. (Terminal fee) For orders shipped to New York State, there will be an additional 8.365% sales tax added to the total amount of the order.
All credit card orders are subjected to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, if your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address, it may require additional verification. Ocean Communication Inc. reserves the right to contact you by e-mail or telephone to request additional identification. We may reject orders if the verification fails. If you do not feel comfortable transmitting your credit card number or any other information over the Internet, we suggest you place your order over the phone. We may require you to fax us a copy of your shopping cart contents and proof of identification, and we'll charge your credit card manually. In order to process a faxed order, we will need the credit card number and expiration date along with the correct billing & shipping address, telephone number and security code.
IMPORTANT: It is a crime to use someone else's credit card without their authorization. If you use a credit card fraudulently to pay for products at this site, we will forward information to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
Warranty & RMA:
At Ocean Communication Inc, All our products are brand new and come with 1 year limited factory warranties. (Extended warranty may be purchased for additonal charge) For items that are under warranty, you must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid. For products that are out of warranty, please call us for details.
Returns & Refunds:
We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase but we understand that nothing is created perfect. If your item is manufacturer defected, You may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund (Shipping cost is non-refundable). After 14 days, the manufacturer warranty will apply. For Non-defective returns, You may return your non-defective items within 7 days of purchase for a refund (Shipping cost is non-refundable). Non-defective items returned after 7 days is subjected to an 25% restocking fee. Non-defective returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
Law litigation:
Any law litigation must be in accord with the new York city laws and must be dealt within the New York city.
